is hiring a

Marketing Operations Manager (CRM & Automation)

to lead marketing automation, CRM management, and GTM data operations.

You'll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining workflow uptime, and driving automation efficiency across marketing and sales systems -- empowering the GTM team to execute with precision and scale.

What You'll DriveFirst 90 Days



Ensure

CRM accuracy >98%

and

workflow uptime 100%

across HubSpot. Implement

Clay and Attain automations

for lead enrichment, routing, and scoring. Partner with Sales and RevOps to align

lead handoff SLAs

and reporting cadence. Audit and optimize

campaign tracking, attribution, and dashboard metrics

.

First 180 Days



Establish

centralized GTM performance dashboards

for leadership visibility. Reduce

lead-to-handoff latency by 30%

through automation improvements. Maintain

best-in-class data governance

and reporting accuracy. Support

co-marketing campaigns

with Partnerships and RevOps teams.

Success Metrics / KPIs



CRM Data Accuracy ? 98% Workflow Uptime 100% Lead SLA Adherence (< 2 hours response time) On-Time, Error-Free Dashboard Delivery Stakeholder Satisfaction ? 90% (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships)

Candidate Profile



Experience:

5-8 years in

B2B SaaS Marketing Operations

or

CRM Management

.

Core Skills (Must-Have):



Deep hands-on expertise with

HubSpot CRM

(workflow automation, reporting, integrations). Proven experience setting up and maintaining automations via

Clay, Attain, Zapier, or n8n

. Strong understanding of

data hygiene, enrichment, and lead management workflows

. Analytical mindset with the ability to build and maintain

reports and dashboards

.

Nice-to-Have:



Background in

Cybersecurity, GRC, or Compliance Automation SaaS

. Familiarity with

Salesforce

or

Power BI

for advanced analytics and reporting.

Tools:

HubSpot, Clay, Attain, Zapier/n8n, Google Sheets, Power BI (optional).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Analytics.

Language:

English (fluent).

Other Requirements:



Prior experience

working in a SaaS environment

(agency-only experience not eligible).

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
