An ideal candidate should have at least 7-10 years of experience in marketing operations, business development, or a similar role.
Key Competencies:
Monitoring market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to develop a brand strategy and customer journey that connects the company with its products.
Marketing and Campaign Strategy & Execution: Creating and maintaining a marketing calendar along with strategizing and planning digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, advertising, and more.
Go-To-Market Strategy: Developing GTM strategies for product launches, including market research, competitive analysis, messaging, and positioning.
Pitch Decks Creation: Creating compelling pitch decks for GTM, sales, stakeholder meetings, and partnerships, integrating data insights, visual storytelling, and persuasive messaging.
Cross-Department Coordination: Managing interdepartmental day-to-day coordination (tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables) for the production of marketing collaterals (banners, social media posts, contextual ads, landing pages, etc.) and ensuring that they follow the quality guidelines and brand guidelines.
Asset & Content Management: Coordinating transfer of assets between brand and affiliates, agencies, etc.
B2B Outreach & Partnerships: Contacting potential B2B clients, influencers, and affiliates via messages, emails, and phone calls to explore partnership opportunities, establish rapport, deliver platform demonstrations, negotiate deals, etc
