Classy Cut is looking for a dedicated and versatile
Marketing & Operations Executive
to support offline marketing activities, CRM handling, lead coordination, influencer collaborations, store operations, and
in-house photography
. This is a
full-time, long-term role
suited for someone who can balance creative work with operational and field support in a premium jewellery retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Offline Events & Corporate Activities
Support and execute offline events, exhibitions, pop-ups, and corporate tie-ups
Coordinate event logistics and post-event customer follow-ups
Marketing Support & Follow-Ups
Assist in marketing activities and campaigns
Follow up with leads generated through events, walk-ins, ads, and collaborations
Data, Image & Contact Management
Manage customer data, product images, and contact records
Maintain structured and updated databases for easy tracking
CRM Handling (Interakt)
Handle basic to intermediate operations on
Interakt CRM
Update leads, tag contacts, manage conversations, and ensure CRM hygiene
Lead Generation & Coordination
Coordinate lead generation efforts with marketing and sales teams
Ensure timely assignment and follow-up of leads
Contact & Customer Management
Maintain customer, influencer, and partner contact lists
Support relationship management through timely communication
Store & Field Sales Support
Provide on-ground support at the store during customer visits and appointments
Assist sales and field teams when required
Influencer & Collaboration Coordination
Coordinate with influencers and collaborators
Assist in follow-ups, execution, and collaboration management
In-House Photography (Mandatory)
Handle basic to intermediate
product photography
for jewellery
Click images for catalogues, CRM sharing, WhatsApp, and marketing use
Organize and manage photography assets
Skills & Requirements
Photography skills are mandatory
(product photography - DSLR or mobile)
Basic knowledge of marketing and sales support
Experience or familiarity with
Interakt CRM
preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable with store, office, and field work
Interest in jewellery, luxury retail, or branding is a plus
