Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyse centre performance, revenue, and enrolments.
Support the VP in planning and achieving monthly and quarterly growth targets.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and counsellor teams for local campaigns and lead management.
Collaborate with centre heads to streamline operations and academic delivery.
Prepare weekly dashboards, MIS reports, and insights for leadership reviews.
Assist in strategic projects such as product launches, centre revamps, and partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Operations preferred).
Min 1 yr of experience
in
growth, strategy, or operations
-- preferably in
EdTech
or multi-centre setups.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking ability.
