We are looking for a smart, energetic individual to drive brand growth. You will work directly under

Marketing Heads with 25+ years of industry experience

.

This is a

hybrid role

combining creative marketing with on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Influencer Relations:

Scout and manage collaborations with creators across platforms. Handle community engagement and DMs.

E-Commerce Operations:

Manage daily order processing, packaging of PR kits/gift boxes, and coordinate with courier partners.

Field Marketing

: Execute B2B sampling campaigns by visiting premium salons, gyms, and wellness centers in Ahmedabad.

Marketplace Support:

Handle customer queries and monitor reviews on Amazon/Flipkart.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for a go-getter--someone who takes ownership and gets things done.

Self-driven:

You spot problems (like a delayed order) and fix them without being told.

Field-ready

Digitally smart

: Can use Instagram for business and handle basic Excel work.

Good communicator:

Confidently speak with business owners and write professional emails (Hindi/English/Gujarati).

Education:

Graduate, Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA, or Pharmacy. Freshers are welcome.
