Job Title: Copywriting Associate Manager

Experience: 10 to 14 years

• Write, edit, and proofread engaging, informative copy for all areas of the business
• Self-manage to deliver content to stakeholders on time, to a consistently high standard and to brief
• Tailor content to deliver a best-in-class customer experience to maximize sales, conversion, and digital participation
• Work collaboratively with Customer Insight and SEO teams to share knowledge and ensure all content is fully optimized
• Identify opportunities to streamline content, adapt copy for use across multiple channels, and work cross-functionally to improve consistency
• Proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to improve and update existing content based on sound research of the market and company content strategy

• Impeccable writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Creative flair and meticulous attention to detail
• Articulate and concise in written and verbal communication
• Highly organized, able to manage workload, meet tight deadlines, and work on multiple campaigns
• Strong commercial awareness and a keen appetite to keep up with market trends
• Ability to translate a brief into engaging, intelligent copy consistent with the brand tone of voice
• Ability to grasp new concepts and subject matters
• Adapt writing style for different audiences/channels
• Make decisions at pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Work cross-functionally with colleagues from trading, marketing, and digital teams to achieve a common goal

• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems
• Create new solutions while leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Interact primarily with direct supervisors or team leads, and occasionally with peers or management levels within the company or with clients
• Require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures for new assignments
• Make decisions that impact the team and occasionally other teams
• Manage medium-to-small sized teams and/or work efforts in an individual contributor role
