Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with all agencies on a daily basis and ensure tasks are closed within agreed timelines
Plan and manage shoot schedules, including dates, timings, locations, and logistics
Ensure shoots are executed strictly as per the approved brief
Collect raw files and final deliverables from agencies
Follow up on edits and revisions until final approval
Maintain and update the content and campaign calendar
Ensure posts and advertisements go live as per scheduled dates
Track campaign and content status (live, paused, pending)
Share daily execution updates with the Digital Marketing Executive (DME)
Escalate any delays, risks, or dependencies immediately
