to join our team. The role involves promoting educational programs, building relationships with institutions, and achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve student enrolment targets for the assigned centres. Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions. Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to promote programs among students and parents. Visit schools, colleges, and institutes for promotional activities and brand visibility. Counsel and guide students and parents regarding courses and admission processes. Follow up with potential leads to convert enquiries into admissions. Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to enhance reach and visibility. Maintain daily activity reports and share updates with the management team.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation and public speaking abilities. Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. Willingness to travel for fieldwork. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools, etc.).

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

Pay: ₹28,434.00 - ₹31,232.00 per month
