Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to drive direct market outreach activities and generate quality leads for our projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about real estate marketing, with the ability to engage potential customers through field visits, events, and on-ground promotions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct Market Outreach:

Conduct field visits, site promotions, and door-to-door marketing to generate leads.

Organize and participate in local exhibitions, property fairs, and community events.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, local influencers, and channel partners.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion:

Identify and approach prospective buyers through targeted outreach.

Follow up on leads, conduct site visits for clients, and assist in closing sales.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

3. Brand Promotion:

Represent Anbu Builders professionally in the assigned locations.

Distribute marketing collaterals, brochures, and promotional materials effectively.

Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities.

4. Performance-Driven Targets:

Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in field of marketing, or real estate promotion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and English.

Two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
