Cattle Feed Division
. The role involves developing marketing strategies, building relationships with distributors, dealers, and farmers, and driving sales to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve sales and growth objectives for the cattle feed products.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network in assigned regions.
Conduct market surveys to analyse customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Organize field activities, farmer meetings, and promotional campaigns to create brand awareness.
Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to farmers, retailers, and field staff.
Coordinate with the production and logistics team for timely product availability and delivery.
Maintain regular reporting of market feedback, sales performance, and promotional activities.
Ensure after-sales service and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate in Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition/BSc / M.Sc. in Agriculture, BBA / MBA in Marketing or Agri-Business Management or any related field
