Focusing on new merchants for growth in business & declining sales merchants to find out root cause of decline as a preventive measure to stop sales loss
Redeployment or addition of merchants to a promoter depending upon potential analysis of currently served merchants in co-ordination with Area managers
Doing proper branding in the merchant\xe2\x80\x99s establishment serviced
Market information - collection & reporting
Merchant Management:
To focus on retaining merchants in Quadrant 3 & shifting merchants from Quadrant 2 to Quadrant 3 on regular basis.
Submitting monthly action plan with name of merchants who will be shifted from Quadrant 2 to Quadrant 3 for the month.
Taking ownership of top 20 merchants of the area and ensure there is no sales loss vis-\xc3\xa0-vis last month
Daily sales analysis of Quadrant 2 & Quadrant 3 merchants in terms of total sales, total finance and Aeon\xe2\x80\x99s finance share vis-\xc3\xa0-vis competition.
To work with Quadrant 1 & Quadrant 4 Merchants and develop them to work independently
