Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Use data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and relevant content, including blogs, videos, and social media posts, to attract and engage prospective guests.
Public Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, travel bloggers, and influencers to generate positive press coverage.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, reservations, and front-of-house teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets and guest experiences.
Budget Management:
Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking return on investment (ROI).
Analytics and Reporting:
