Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Plan and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring customer retention and business growth.
Coordinate sampling, send trial reports, and follow up with customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain a strong dealer/distributor network for company growth in the assigned region.
Contribute to the formulation and execution of marketing policies and strategies.
Maintain administration, reporting, and planning systems in line with company requirements.
Generate enquiries for company products and approach potential suppliers where applicable.
Manage internal communications to ensure alignment with corporate direction, mission, and goals.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to explore and expand business opportunities.
Liaise with customers to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
Handle customer engagement activities including company and product introduction, lead conversion, and order processing.
Effectively manage leads and opportunities in CRM software.
Execute all other duties as assigned by management.
