Implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales in the assigned region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and promotional activities to create awareness about fertilizer products.
Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Support distributors and dealers in achieving their sales targets.
Ensure timely supply and availability of products in the market.
Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement.
Prepare and submit periodic sales and marketing reports to management.
Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure smooth distribution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and ethical marketing practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of fertilizers, agriculture practices, and rural markets.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong dealer and farmer relationships.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture / Agri-Business / Science or equivalent.
