Job Summary

Reporting to the Global Managing director in Canada, this position is the primary contact responsible for addressing inquiries from prospective and existing students and clients by telephone, email, and in-person and contributes to the development and maintenance of relationships in the Indian market.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provides information and resources to and addresses inquiries from potential and existing clients by telephone, email, and in-person with the objective of servicing international students.

Promotes partner institution to clients by providing information about academic programs, services, admission policies and procedures Provides general information to clients about educational cultural differences about studying abroad and clarifies expectations regarding immigration process; Works closely with admissions and marketing staff as well as International Student Services Team abroad, to ensures well co-ordinated and efficient process for communicating with potential international students. Attends and participates in Education fairs Works closely with and provides support to the Managing Director for carrying out his/her daily responsibilities. Responsible for tracking and analyzing a database of potential international students and follow up with students as requested Responds to routine queries regarding student admissions and refers complex and non-routine questions to the

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Candidates require the following:

Fluency in English, Punjabi & Hindi Previous experience working in a professional counselling role, institution or immigration company Master degree preferred Job will require some travel
