Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute marketing activities to promote retirement living services and facilities
Support digital marketing initiatives (website content, social media posts, online listings, WhatsApp campaigns)
Coordinate advertisements, brochures, banners, and promotional materials
Participate in exhibitions, senior citizen events, medical camps, and open house programs
Lead Generation & Admissions Support
Handle enquiries from prospective residents and families (walk-ins, calls, emails, online leads)
Arrange property tours and explain services, facilities, pricing, and care options
Maintain enquiry and follow-up records to ensure timely conversions
Coordinate with operations, nursing, and finance teams during admissions
Relationship & Referral Management
Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, social organizations, churches/temples, and NGOs
Coordinate with real estate agents and channel partners, if applicable
Maintain rapport with existing residents and families to encourage referrals
Branding & Communication
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels
Collect testimonials, photos, and success stories (with consent)
Support internal communication related to events and resident engagement programs
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
Track marketing performance, enquiry sources, and conversion rates
Prepare periodic reports for management review
