Marketing Office Admin

is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations by handling routine administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities



Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks Maintain files, records, and documentation Manage incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence.

Skills & Qualifications



Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) Good communication and coordination skills Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Basic understanding of office procedures

Working Conditions



Full-time, office-based role Working hours - 9 hours per day.
