Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven

Marketing Executive/Manager

to promote our laboratory services, build client relationships, and grow our customer base across industries including water treatment, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, food, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients (industries, manufacturers, institutions, consultants, NGOs, etc.) Promote laboratory testing services such as

water, soil, food, oil, pharma, and environmental analysis

Manage inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for conversions Develop and maintain strong client relationships Conduct field visits, presentations, and client meetings Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and clients using CRM tools Coordinate with the technical team for timely updates and reporting Provide feedback from the market to improve service offerings

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or Marketing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of lab testing services or willingness to learn Fluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken) Ability to meet sales targets and work independently Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marketing for testing labs, pharma, water treatment, or related fields Knowledge of NABL, FSSAI, ISO, BIS compliance is a plus Own two-wheeler (for field visits)

Compensation

Salary: As per industry standards (with performance-based incentives) Benefits: Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, training, and performance bonuses
