Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing & Promotion

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline). Promote company products/services in targeted areas. Engage with potential customers to create awareness and generate leads. Support brand-building activities and represent the company during events or promotions.

2. Leaflet / Flyer Distribution

Distribute leaflets, brochures, and promotional materials in assigned locations. Identify suitable distribution spots such as markets, residential areas, public places, and commercial zones. Maintain records of distribution areas and completed tasks.

3. Social Media & Digital Support (if required)

Help create basic posts, photos, or videos for social media marketing. Support online campaigns by sharing content and engaging with audiences.

4. Field Marketing Activities

Conduct door-to-door marketing when required. Interact with customers to explain products and answer basic queries. Collect feedback from the field and report customer interests or common questions.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily reports of marketing activities, areas covered, and leads generated. Coordinate with the marketing manager or team leader for planning and execution. Participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for improving marketing strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor tasks. Basic understanding of marketing concepts (training can be provided). Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
