Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze customer needs and preferences to stay ahead of industry developments.
Sales and Lead Generation:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other proactive measures.
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
Client Relationship Management:
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the technical and design teams to create innovative and client-focused solutions.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
Market Expansion:
Identify and explore new market segments and geographic areas for business expansion.
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate untapped markets and increase market share.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization in the sales process.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide feedback from clients to assist in the continuous improvement of products and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development within the signage manufacturing or related industry.
Strong understanding of signage products and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
