We are expanding our team and looking for fresh, dynamic graduates to join us in various business operations functions. Position Overview We are seeking fresh graduates (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc) who are enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to build their careers in the textile industry. Selected candidates will undergo hands-on training across multiple business operations, including production support, supply chain, sales coordination, and administration. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day business operations across departments. Assist in production planning, vendor coordination, and logistics. Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for client servicing. Learn and contribute to process improvements in the textile operations. Handle basic administrative and documentation tasks. Desired Candidate Profile Fresh graduates with BBA / B.Com / B.Sc (2023/2024/2025 pass-outs). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Quick learner with problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Interest in textile/manufacturing domain is an added advantage.
