Key ResponsibilitiesClient Strategy & Leadership
Lead marketing projects for assigned clients, acting as the
primary strategy owner and point of contact
Develop and execute
end-to-end marketing strategies
aligned with client objectives
Translate client goals into actionable plans across social, SEO, content, and paid channels
Ensure timely execution, quality control, and measurable outcomes
Social Media & Content Execution
Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms
Write compelling
social media captions, post copies, and campaign content
for clients
Plan and execute integrated social media campaigns in collaboration with internal teams
Build and manage online communities while representing client brands professionally
SEO & Paid Marketing
Manage
SEO strategy and execution
, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content alignment
Plan, launch, and optimize
paid ad campaigns
(Meta, Google, etc.) based on client goals
Monitor performance and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions
Analytics & Optimization
Track campaign performance and define key KPIs for each client
Analyze data and insights to refine strategies and improve ROI
Collaborate with data teams to evaluate results and optimize future campaigns
Content Strategy & Production
Lead website and long-form content strategy--from ideation to publication
Identify trends, audience interests, and content gaps for client brands
Guide content production teams on
SEO best practices, video editing, and design direction
Manage content distribution across platforms and channels
Trends & Platform Awareness
Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and marketing trends
Proactively suggest improvements and new growth opportunities for clients
Requirements
1-3 years of experience
in marketing, social media, or content strategy roles
Proven ability to
create and execute marketing strategies
, not just manage content
Hands-on experience with
SEO, paid ads, and social media marketing
Proficiency with
Meta Business Suite, Canva, Figma, HubSpot, and AI-based tools
Strong understanding of audience behavior, digital funnels, and content performance
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
