The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing integrated marketing strategies to build brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across all. This role requires a creative yet analytical professional who can lead campaigns, manage digital platforms, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure consistent brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to shape marketing initiatives.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and allocation for marketing activities.
2. Branding & Communication
Ensure consistent brand identity across print, digital, and on-ground communications.
Create compelling marketing content--including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional material.
Lead brand-positioning initiatives for new launches and business expansions.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Oversee digital marketing strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
Manage content calendars, performance analytics, SEO/SEM, and online reputation.
Coordinate with digital agencies for campaigns, creatives, and reporting.
4. Campaigns & Events
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns--online and offline.
Manage events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and brand activations.
Track ROI and effectiveness of campaigns, presenting regular reports to management.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Operations, Creative, and Management.
Coordinate with external vendors--agencies, printers, event organizers, influencers, etc.
Negotiate costs and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
6. Customer Engagement & CRM
Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Oversee email marketing, CRM campaigns, and customer feedback analysis.
7. Reporting & Analytics
Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership review.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing; experience in hospitality, luxury, real estate, lifestyle, or service sectors preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends.
Experience managing campaigns, events, and brand communication.
Proficiency with MS Office, marketing automation tools, and social media platforms.
