Based in our dynamic India and South Asia division, you will be part of a skilled team dedicated to advancing the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. This role offers the outstanding opportunity to drive impactful marketing strategies in a growing market.

A day in the Life:

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and campaign plans aligned with business goals in the Pharma/Biopharma segment.
• Lead new product introductions -- including market positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, and post-launch performance tracking.
• Drive demand generation through integrated marketing programs, digital campaigns, events, and KOL engagement.
• Gather market and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, refine messaging, and guide portfolio priorities.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and regional/global marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report key performance metrics to leadership.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience required.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in a marketing role, preferably within the pharma/biopharma sector
• Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Deep understanding of pharma/biopharma industry dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work strictly within deadlines and manage multiple projects

Primarily office-based with occasional travel required to client sites and industry events. Travel
