Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads
Handle inbound enquiries and convert prospects into sales
Promote company products and services over phone and digital channels
Maintain and update customer data in CRM or sales records
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly tele sales targets
Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
Handle customer objections and provide product information
Prepare daily call reports and sales MIS
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications & Experience
Any graduate (MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred)
5 - 10 years of experience
in field sales, tele sales, inside sales, or tele marketing
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
(spoken fluency required)
Experience in manufacturing, B2B, or industrial sales is an advantage

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Willingness to handle high-volume calling
Knowledge of Tamil / English is an added advantage
