We are seeking a Marketing Professional who understands brand storytelling, lifestyle positioning and elevated client communication.
Role Overview:
The ATL/BTL Marketing Manager will curate and execute premium brand visibility initiatives that enhance awareness, drive footfall and uphold the brand's luxurious identity across all touchpoints. This role requires strategic thinking, a refined aesthetic sense, and strong on-ground execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and implement refined ATL & BTL marketing campaigns aligned with brand voice and visual identity
Oversee premium branding elements across the clinic: signage, decor elements, display aesthetics, brochures, takeaway kits, etc.
Plan and execute upscale on-ground activations, wellness workshops, curated events, influencers meet, and corporate collaborations
Build partnerships with luxury lifestyle brands, salons, gyms, wellness retreats, dermatologists, corporates & social communities
Coordinate with social media/digital team to ensure seamless brand messaging and narrative across offline and online channels
Track campaign performance, footfall conversion and ROI metrics while ensuring customer engagement with a high-standard experience
Manage vendors, creatives, budgets and production ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely delivery
Study market trends and competitor positioning to refine brand placement and experience strategy
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
Strong sense of aesthetics, brand identity and luxury positioning
Proven background in ATL/BTL marketing in beauty, skin clinic, salon, wellness or lifestyle brands
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building abilities
Comfort with travel for partnerships, activations and event presence
Strategic mindset balanced with hands-on execution
Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, Media & Communication or related field.
Compensation:
Competitive and aligned with experience, plus performance-linked incentives.
