Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance companies.
Organize health check-up camps, CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, and wellness activities.
Develop referral networks with local clinics, physicians, and community groups.
Digital & Media Marketing
Manage social media, hospital website, and online campaigns.
Coordinate with media agencies for advertisements, press releases, and PR activities.
Track marketing ROI through patient inflow and inquiries.
Patient Engagement & Community Outreach
Conduct awareness campaigns, patient education sessions, and community health drives.
Coordinate corporate wellness programs and tie-ups with schools/colleges.
Ensure high patient satisfaction and support word-of-mouth referrals.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and MIS for management review.
Support strategic planning for new services, specialties, and centers.
Skills Required:
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of healthcare marketing and hospital operations.
Proficiency in digital marketing & social media management.

Qualifications & Experience:
MBA / PG in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in hospital / healthcare marketing.
Experience in corporate tie-ups and referral development is an added advantage
