Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Marketing Manager

with a strong background in

diagnostics, healthcare sales, or health & motor insurance sales

. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, drive business growth, and build strong partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives. Lead, train, and manage a team of sales professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with

labs, doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers.

Drive business development and expand channel partnerships. Generate leads, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Track sales performance and share insights with leadership. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Preferred:

Experience in

health and motor insurance sales

, with strong knowledge of customer needs, policy structures, and partnership development

Qualifications & Skills

5-10 years of experience in

diagnostics, healthcare sales, or health & motor insurance sales

. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
