Develop and execute annual marketing plans to achieve admission and branding goals.
Plan and manage promotional campaigns (online and offline).
Oversee design and content for brochures, banners, social media, and advertisements.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
Liaise with creative agencies, designers, and vendors for marketing collaterals.
2. Digital Marketing
Manage and grow the school's digital presence (website, social media, Google listings, etc.).
Create engaging social media content -- posts, reels, and event coverage.
Track and analyze performance of digital campaigns (lead generation, engagement metrics).
3. Admissions Support
Work closely with the Admissions team to generate quality leads and improve conversions.
Plan outreach activities such as school tours, open houses, and exhibitions.
Collaborate with counsellors to align marketing communication with parent expectations.
4. Events & Public Relations
Plan and execute school events like carnivals, fests, and community engagement drives.
Manage public relations activities and media coverage for school achievements and events.
Build partnerships with local communities, influencers, and education platforms.
5. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitor and market analysis to understand trends and parent preferences.
Gather feedback to improve marketing strategies and admission processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
4-8 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the education sector or service industry).
Strong communication, creative thinking, and team management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Canva, etc.) preferred.
