Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • BTL Campaign Planning & Execution:
  • Design and implement BTL strategies such as on-ground activations, roadshows, RWAs, exhibitions, canopy activities, and local promotions.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of events, including vendor management, logistics, and compliance.
  • Track effectiveness of campaigns and optimize based on results.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Develop location-based activation strategies to drive inquiries and customer interest.
  • Engage with channel partners, local agencies, and community heads for lead sourcing.
  • Brand Visibility:
  • Ensure consistent and impactful visibility across touchpoints such as residential societies, commercial clusters, and industrial areas.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to localize branding and collaterals as per regional preferences.
  • Partnerships & Alliances:
  • Identify and build partnerships with NGOs, resident welfare associations (RWAs), and trade associations for joint promotional activities.
  • Liaise with local government bodies for permissions and co-branded initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Tier 1/2/3 cities.
  • Provide input to the marketing and product teams to align strategies with market needs.
