Marketing Manager - Brand & Communication

will focus on building, positioning, and promoting ODYSSIA's footwear and backpack brands through impactful marketing strategies -

not sales operations or targets

.

This role blends strategic marketing insight with creative execution, ensuring that every campaign, product launch, and brand communication strengthens ODYSSIA's identity, visibility, and consumer connection. The position covers

brand building, content development, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns

across multiple sub-brands under the ODYSSIA umbrella.

Core Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Positioning



Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with ODYSSIA's overall vision and market goals. Define clear positioning for each sub-brand to drive strong category differentiation. Conduct consumer and competitor analysis to guide marketing direction and creative focus. Build lasting brand recall and consumer engagement across all touchpoints.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution



Plan and manage 360 marketing campaigns across Digital, Retail, ATL, and BTL platforms. Execute seasonal campaigns, influencer programs, and PR activities that enhance visibility. Collaborate with creative partners to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.

3. Digital Marketing & Content Strategy



Lead digital marketing communication across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, Website, and Google Business. Create and manage engaging storytelling formats that boost reach and interaction. Track performance metrics and digital analytics to improve campaign outcomes.

4. Product & Market Alignment



Collaborate with Product and Design teams to align marketing with product concepts and consumer needs. Identify emerging trends and innovation opportunities for marketing communication. Drive creative content for packaging, product launches, and collection campaigns.

5. Retail Branding & Trade Communication



Develop impactful in-store branding, visual merchandising, and trade marketing materials. Support retail activation initiatives to enhance consumer experience and brand presence. Ensure all retail visuals and displays align with brand guidelines.

6. Collaboration & Agency Management



Coordinate with internal teams -- Product, HR, and Operations -- for integrated brand communication. Manage relationships with creative agencies, production houses, and media vendors. Ensure all communications adhere to brand identity and compliance standards.

7. Brand Analytics & Budget Management



Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance using key brand KPIs. Present post-campaign reviews and recommendations for improvement. Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently for optimal results.

8. Team Support & Creative Guidance



Guide and support internal design and digital teams in campaign execution. Foster creativity, innovation, and accountability within the marketing team.

9. Trend & Consumer Insight Monitoring



Stay ahead of market, fashion, and lifestyle trends relevant to ODYSSIA's categories. Convert consumer insights into actionable marketing ideas and creative concepts.

Qualifications & Experience



Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Management, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in marketing or brand communication (preferably in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle). Expertise in ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing. Strong skills in campaign planning, content strategy, and creative communication. Excellent presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing marketing budgets and agency partnerships.
