Rapos Ventures

manage multiple e-commerce platforms (football jerseys, apparel & lifestyle products).

We're looking for a

Marketing Manager

who can take charge of

both offline & online marketing

across our restaurant and e-commerce businesses.

What You'll Do

Build & execute

marketing strategies

to drive growth for Bektash (restaurants) and Rapos group's e-commerce stores. Manage

social media campaigns

(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) with a focus on engagement & conversion. Run

digital marketing initiatives

- Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing & influencer tie-ups. Coordinate

offline marketing

- events, campaigns, collaborations, and local branding. Track performance & create reports to measure ROI. Work closely with management to

plan and adapt strategies

for both restaurants and e-commerce.

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of

social media & digital ads

. Creative thinker with ability to adapt to

different industries (F&B + E-commerce)

. Hands-on experience in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing

. Excellent communication & project management skills. Willingness to learn, experiment, and execute fast.
