Postings Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing agency offering creative solutions in social media, branding, advertising, and online marketing. We're looking for a passionate and goal-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners Generate leads and convert them into successful projects Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts Represent the agency in meetings, pitches, and client interactions

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in the digital/advertising field) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven Strong leadership and team management abilities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
