Exp - Experience in Digital Marketing of 7 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, display ads, and content marketing Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) Monitor website performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Manage external agencies or vendors when required
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing Experience with analytics and reporting tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Creativity combined with strategic thinking Project management and leadership abilities
Qualifications

Bachelor's/ Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing (experience level can be adjusted) Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus
