M.S. Plastochem Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of premium zip-lock pouches, plastic carry bags, and flexible packaging materials. We cater to industrial buyers, institutional clients, and government procurement channels and are expanding our presence across India.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop B2B sales opportunities across industries (FMCG, Pharma, Retail, Packaging, etc.)
Reach out to procurement heads, distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
Lead generation via calls, emails, LinkedIn, field visits, and networking.
Track and participate in government tenders (GeM, CPP Portal, State tenders, PSU portals, etc.)
Manage tender documentation, vendor registration and bid submissions.
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into orders.
Maintain sales reporting & achieve monthly lead/order targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / MBA / Final year students can apply (Marketing preferred)
0-2 years experience in B2B sales or tender handling
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of MS Office & online procurement portals
Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented personality
Willing to travel locally for client meetings (if required)
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience in packaging/industrial products sales
Familiarity with tender processes in Government, PSU, Institutions, Hospitals, Railways, etc.
