Job Description

Brand and Marketing Promotions (70%):

Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with Senior Leadership Team requirements to promote the school's unique value proposition and brand, aligning with its mission and values.

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email marketing)

Develop compelling marketing collateral (e.g., digital, print, video, brochures press releases, website updates) while ensuring brand consistency

Plan and execute a diverse annual program of events from conception to post-event analysis, including exhibitions and other school functions. Manage event logistics with appropriate branding, vendor negotiations, and coordination to ensure seamless execution

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth and exposure

Maintain and implement the annual marketing calendar

Stay current with social media trends and collaborate with the school's social media team to enhance digital engagement

Track and analyze marketing activities, engagement metrics, and outreach effectiveness with actionable insights

Alumni Relations (15%):



Work with alumni team to build a strong engagement strategy, help foster lifelong relationships between the school and its graduates

Create alumni databases, communications, and social media groups to maintain up-to-date connections

Collaborate with alumni to encourage volunteerism, student mentorship, and advocacy for the school

Plan and coordinate alumni events, reunions, mentorship programs, and networking initiatives

Fundraising (15%):



Collaborate with the

Fundraising Taskforce

to support the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives

Develop creative materials and messaging to support fundraising appeals

Maintain donor communication, acknowledgment, and reporting in alignment with taskforce goals.

Education and Experience



Education- Graduate with reasonably good grades

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

Functional Competencies



Domain Knowledge:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in marketing, branding, or public relations roles is ideal

Ability to relate to people with different cultural and social backgrounds

Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across teams and committees

Computer Proficiency:

Proficiency in marketing and social media management tools
