About the Company

Magnious E Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization in the product-based mobility sector, focused on delivering innovative and reliable solutions. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product demand. Plan and execute product marketing campaigns, promotions, and launches across multiple channels. Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with sales and business teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals. Manage ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities to ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and optimize strategies for better ROI. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve organizational objectives. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as required.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

5-7 years of marketing experience

in

product-based organizations only

Candidates from IT or service-based industries will not be considered

. Prior experience in

Automobile / EV / Retail Chain / Consumer Goods

industries is highly preferred. Strong understanding of branding, product marketing, and go-to-market strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
