We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead brand building, performance marketing, and student acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, team management, and data-driven growth strategies within the EdTech or education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Own the annual and quarterly marketing roadmap and budgets
Drive student acquisition, retention, and brand awareness
Digital & Performance Marketing
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms
Optimize funnels for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
Content & Brand Management
Oversee content strategy across social media, website, email, and video platforms
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
Collaborate with academic teams for course launches and promotions
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor the marketing team (performance, content, design, social media)
Coordinate with sales, product, and leadership teams
Work with external agencies and vendors when required
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and present campaign performance and growth insights
Use data to drive continuous optimization and decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in EdTech or education
Strong expertise in digital and performance marketing
Experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
