Experience:

3-6 years of experience in marketing, branding, or growth strategy (experience in solar / electrical / infrastructure marketing preferred).

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to build brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across residential and commercial solar segments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing & Lead Generation

Develop and execute offline and field marketing campaigns including canopy activities, society activations, exhibitions, and events. Plan and monitor lead generation campaigns through telecalling, field outreach, referrals, and partnerships. Track marketing performance and ensure quality lead flow to the sales team.

Branding & Communication

Strengthen brand positioning across online and offline platforms. Oversee marketing creatives, brochures, promotional content, standees, hoardings, and campaign material. Maintain consistent brand tone across communications.

Digital & Social Media Coordination

Coordinate digital marketing activities including social media posts, content planning, and engagement. Support website updates, online inquiries, and digital lead tracking.

Market Research & Strategy

Study market trends, competitor activities, and pricing patterns. Identify new customer segments and marketing channels. Contribute to monthly marketing strategy & review meetings.

Skills Required

Strong leadership and team-handling capability. Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills. Knowledge of field marketing & offline campaign execution. Proficiency in MS Excel, reports, and coordination work. Result-oriented and growth-focused mindset.

Office Timing:

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Weekly Off:

Sunday
