We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our healthcare organization. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing relationships with digital marketing agencies and print vendors, while also coordinating internal hospital activities and promoting our OPD (Outpatient Department) services. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, vendor coordination expertise, and the ability to drive brand awareness and patient engagement through integrated marketing strategies.
About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our organization's marketing initiatives. You will oversee all aspects of marketing communications, from digital campaigns and traditional print advertising to community engagement and internal event coordination. This position requires someone who can seamlessly manage multiple vendors, juggle competing priorities, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms while supporting the hospital's mission to provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
Create comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance hospital brand presence and increase patient acquisition
Manage OPD (Outpatient Department) promotional campaigns to drive patient engagement and service utilization
Vendor & Agency Management
Oversee relationships with digital marketing agencies, ensuring delivery of high-quality campaigns on time and within budget
Coordinate with print vendors and external marketing partners to produce brochures, advertisements, posters, and other promotional materials
Conduct vendor performance reviews and manage vendor contracts and service level agreements
Source new vendors and negotiate competitive pricing and terms
Digital Marketing & Agency Coordination
Coordinate closely with external digital marketing agencies to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, PPC, and email platforms
Provide agencies with clear briefs, hospital brand guidelines, and performance targets while reviewing deliverables for quality, compliance, and alignment
Monitor agency performance through regular meetings, KPI tracking (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI), and feedback loops to ensure campaigns meet objectives
Approve agency proposals, manage timelines and budgets, and facilitate collaboration between agencies and internal teams for seamless campaign integration
Analyze digital campaign data with agency partners and make data-driven adjustments to maximize patient acquisition and engagement
Internal Communications & Events
Coordinate and organize internal hospital social activities and team-building events
Plan and execute community outreach programs and health awareness campaigns
Support OPD launch events, health fairs, and medical seminars
Create internal communication materials to keep staff informed and engaged
Content & Creative Strategy
Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to develop patient-focused marketing content
Oversee the creation of marketing materials including videos, graphics, and written content
Ensure all marketing materials comply with healthcare regulations and brand guidelines
Develop compelling patient testimonials and success stories
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify patient needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to leadership
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
Make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing efforts
Budget Management
Develop and manage the marketing department budget
Allocate resources efficiently across multiple campaigns and vendors
Track marketing expenditures and ensure ROI on all campaigns
Prepare financial reports for leadership review
Public Relations & Communications
Handle media relations and coordinate press releases
Manage crisis communications if needed
Build relationships with local media and community organizations
Represent the hospital at community events and partnerships
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare marketing or hospital administration
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools
Experience with Google Analytics and social media management tools
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Vendor Management: Proven experience managing multiple external vendors and agencies
Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare industry regulations, compliance requirements, and patient privacy (HIPAA awareness preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Marketing
Experience with event planning and coordination
Knowledge of healthcare marketing best practices and trends
