The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase patient/client acquisition, and support overall business growth. This role ensures effective coordination of internal and external marketing activities, digital promotions, and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets.
Manage branding, advertising, and promotional activities (online & offline).
Plan and organize medical camps, outreach programs, and corporate tie-ups.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and prepare analysis reports.
Lead digital marketing initiatives on social media, website, and SEO.
Coordinate with doctors, departments, and external agencies for campaigns.
Increase patient footfall through strategic marketing initiatives.
Manage PR activities, media communication, and brand reputation.
Prepare MIS reports, ROI tracking, and performance analysis.
Supervise marketing team, assign tasks, and review performance.
Build and maintain corporate, doctor referral, and community relations.
Ensure marketing collaterals--brochures, banners, standees--are updated.
Handle event planning, conferences, and awareness programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3-7 years of experience in marketing (hospital/healthcare preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and branding.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead a team and multitask.
Strong analytical and planning abilities.
