Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our EDA software solutions. The role involves creating and executing marketing strategies to promote our products, build brand awareness, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of technology-driven markets and the ability to position complex software solutions effectively.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Electronics & Electrical Engineering, or related field. Preference will be given to candidates with an engineering background in related fields. MBA in Marketing or equivalent specialization will be an added advantage.

Required skills:

Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital campaigns, and brand positioning. Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear marketing messages. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management abilities. Exposure to Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools or related technologies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote EDA software solutions in global markets. Collaborate with sales and product teams to design go-to-market plans. Manage digital marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and product launches. Create marketing content such as case studies, white papers, presentations, and website material. Build and maintain brand presence through social media, PR, and industry events.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape marketing plans.
Track and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring ROI on campaigns. Lead and mentor a small team to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
