About the Role

We are looking for an upbeat Customer care to be responsible for contactingpotential customers telephonically and informing them of our products and services. The Business Development Executive will use a directory of contact numbers to phone individuals and read a scripted sales pitch to them. To be successful as a Business Development Executive you should have a positive attitude and excellent telephone etiquette. The ideal Telemarketer will remain calm and professional under pressure and always treat clients with respect.
Requirements

A high school qualification or equivalent. More education or experience may be preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills. Professional tone. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice. Understanding of company products, services, and policies. Proficiency with computers, and good/strong typing skills. Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations. Strong time management and decision making skills. Adaptability and accountability. Laptop/PC & Android Phone.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Pay: ?17,703.34 - ?50,000.00 per month
