Qualifications:
B.Tech/Diploma in
Electrical Engineering
(Preferred).
Freshers or experienced candidates welcome!
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for solar energy solutions.
Educate customers on solar benefits and tailor solutions to their needs.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build lasting client relationships and provide post-sale support.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and report progress.
Skills We're Looking For:
Excellent communication (English + Hindi).
Persuasive phone etiquette & customer engagement.
Resilience under pressure and target-driven mindset.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated team player with organizational skills.
