Role Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Marketing Manager

to lead and manage all marketing initiatives for

Book My Kitty

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, executing brand campaigns, managing digital marketing, coordinating events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote

Book My Kitty

across multiple channels. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive user acquisition and brand engagement. Conceptualize and oversee promotional events, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand activations. Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels. Lead brand communication, ensuring consistency across all online and offline marketing materials. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies. Create marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective marketing operations. Coordinate with the sales, operations, and event teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Develop strategic partnerships with restaurants, lifestyle brands, and sponsors. Drive PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility in relevant media and influencer spaces. Prepare monthly performance reports, evaluate ROI, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.

Key Requirements:



Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in event management, lifestyle brands, or hospitality sectors. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media marketing, and campaign management. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and innovate. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising platforms. Experience in handling brand activations, events, and influencer marketing campaigns is highly desirable. A passion for community building, women-centric initiatives, and lifestyle experiences is a plus.
