The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury branding, customer engagement, digital and traditional marketing channels, and event planning. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategy, and data-driven decision-making to increase showroom footfall, customer retention, and sales.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform campaigns.
Brand & Content Management:
Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms (storefront, print, digital, social).
Collaborate with designers and photographers to create high-quality promotional materials.
Digital Marketing:
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media).
Oversee website content, updates, and user experience in coordination with web developers.
Grow the showroom's online presence and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Customer Engagement & CRM:
Develop and manage customer loyalty programs.
Maintain the CRM database and run targeted campaigns for existing customers.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
Event & Promotion Management:
Plan and execute in-store events, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
Partner with influencers, stylists, and local communities for brand collaborations.
Sales Support & Reporting:
Support sales team with marketing tools and collateral.
Track KPIs and ROI of campaigns; prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
