Key duties involve strategy, digital presence, lead generation, brand management, team leadership, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

: Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals, managing budgets and timelines.

Digital Marketing

: Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website management to boost online presence.

Lead Generation

: Implement campaigns to attract high-quality leads for construction projects.

Content Creation

: Produce compelling materials like brochures, press releases, and digital content.

Brand Management

: Shape brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Market Research

: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration

: Work closely with sales, project, and leadership teams to align efforts.

Analytics & Reporting

: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and report on KPIs to refine strategies.
