The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, strengthen brand presence, and support sales growth for solar EPC rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and industrial solar EPC projects.
Plan annual and monthly marketing budgets and campaigns.
Align marketing activities with sales targets and business goals.
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing:
Drive lead generation through digital platforms (Google Ads, social media, SEO, WhatsApp, email campaigns).
Manage website content, landing pages, and online inquiries.
Monitor and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Branding & Promotions:
Build and maintain company brand identity across all platforms.
Design and execute marketing materials (brochures, presentations, hoardings, site boards).
Coordinate exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
Market Research & Analysis:
Study market trends, competitor activities, and government solar policies/subsidies.
Identify new customer segments and marketing opportunities.
Team & Coordination:
Manage and guide marketing executives, digital agencies, and vendors.
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for campaign support and project promotions.
Track campaign performance and prepare MIS and ROI reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in marketing (solar/renewable energy preferred).
