Key Responsibilities

Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for branding, content, and promotional activities.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Media, Events, or B2B sectors).
Leadership qualities with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
