Key Responsibilities :
Plan and execute complete
online and offline marketing strategies
for high-rise residential projects.
Coordinate with
management
to finalize marketing plans, budgets, and branding direction.
Manage and supervise
all agencies
--creative, branding, digital, outdoor, PR, and production.
Handle digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, social media, performance campaigns) and ensure strong project visibility.
Execute offline marketing: hoardings, brochures, print ads, events, exhibitions, and site branding.
Oversee creation of marketing collaterals--brochures, videos, 3D renders, website content, and project creatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategy improvement.
Prepare regular marketing reports and coordinate with sales, CRM, and project teams.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of
real estate marketing
, especially high-rise residential buildings.
Expertise in
digital marketing
and performance metrics.
Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple agencies simultaneously.
Strong creative sense and eye for design.
Proficiency in marketing analytics, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
10 years of marketing experience in construction/real estate

5 years in high-rise residential projects

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Should have handled complete marketing for large real estate developers.
Should be capable of working independently and taking full ownership of marketing.
Strong understanding of real estate customer behavior and market trends.
